EUGENE CLUBHOUSEAFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM 2023-2024 Boys & Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley offers affordable, high-quality afterschool programs to youth in 1st to 12th grade.
Programming:
Your child will enjoy the encouragement and guidance from a consistent Club staff that leads youth in structured opportunities throughout the afternoon in activities including academic enrichment like reading and STEAM activities, plenty of outdoor recreation and physical play, as well as creative opportunities including arts and crafts.
Ages Served:
Members must be currently attending 1st grade to 12th grade. Members must have completed kindergarten to begin attending the Club.

Service Dates: Monday, September 11 - Thursday, June 6
Hours of operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 2:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Early Release Wednesday: 1:00 – 5:30 p.m.
Fees:
The cost for a membership is $40.00 per child, per school year. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Duration and Scope of Membership:
Membership begins the day you enroll to the last day of summer camp 8/23/2024.
Additional Fees/Services:
The Club is open on select no school days and school breaks. Full-day service runs from 8:00am to 5:30pm. for an additional fee of $25 per day. (Summer Camp is not included and has a separate fee structure.)
Mandatory Parent/Member Orientation:
Every youth and parent/guardian must attend a mandatory orientation prior to their child attending the Club.
Meals:
Every day your child will receive a hearty snack after school. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
Transportation To the Club: Youth attending Adams or Caesar Chavez Elementary will be transported to the Club each day ‘via walking train’ or van transportation (when available). Parents must provide transportation for their child(ren) attending any other school.
Transportation Home:
All members must be picked up by a parent at the Clubhouse PRIOR to the Club closing at 6:30pm (5:30pm on Wednesdays). Transportation is NOT provided home. Failure to pick up your child prior to closing will be grounds for terminating your membership.
Waiting List:
In the event of the Club reaching membership capacity, the Club will begin a waiting list for membership. The waiting list is a first come first serve sequence. In the event you are the top of the waiting list, and a spot becomes available, you will be notified of the availability.

No School Day Camps - Eugene Clubhouse
When school is out, Club is in!
Sign your child up for one of these exciting camps on select no-school days.
Activities include group games, gym time, art & crafts and more.
The cost is $25 per day, and pre-registration is required.
An active membership is required for youth to attend and costs $40 per school year.
Camp runs 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
