2025 SUMMER CAMPS
AT THE BETHEL CLUBHOUSE

 Join the Club for a FUN summer experience! 

The Club is a great place for kids and teens to spend the summer. Youth will be provided structured activities based on the theme of the week. Activities will include physical activities, gym games, arts & crafts, service projects and exciting field trips to local destinations, parks and pools.


Ages: Youth entering 1st - 12th grade

Camp Location: Bethel Clubhouse at Clear Lake Community Center (4646 Barger Dr, Eugene, OR 97402)

Eligibility: Open to all youth

Dates: Eight weeks of camp, running June 23- August 15

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday 

Membership: All youth must also have an active membership which can be purchased at the time of enrollment. Membership is $40 per school year and will expire on 8/31/25. 

Camp Fees: $150 per week per child. A $25 deposit will be required at time of enrollment and the remaining $125 will be due the Thursday prior to camp. 

All deposits paid at registration are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Payment Method: You will be required to use a debit or credit card during enrollment to secure your spot. Cash payments will not be accepted, so please plan accordingly.

Financial Assistance: Partial scholarships are available to eligible families and determined by household income. 

Meals: Every day your child will receive breakfast, lunch, and two hearty snacks at no extra charge.

Field Trips: Youth will have an opportunity to go on at least one field trip a week. There is no extra cost to families. Destinations may include swimming, parks, playgrounds, trampoline parks and more.

How to Register: Registration will be processed through the online Parent Portal. We recommend logging in ahead of time to ensure you can sign into your account. You also have the option save your credit card to your account to expedite check out. 

Week 1: Great Futures Start Here – BGCA Week

June 23rd - June 27th


We'll kick off summer camp with BGCA Week, focusing on team-building, community values,

and celebrating Boys & Girls Club culture.

Week 2: Tastes Around the Table – Foodies Week

June 30th - July 3rd  (Club Closed July 4th)


A week dedicated to food and culture! Campers will explore diverse cuisines, play yard games,

and learn about different food traditions in a fun and active way.

All-club trip to Alton Baker Park for a barbecue, Frisbee Golf, and cultural food celebration

Week 3:   Feel the Beat! – Music Week

July 7th - July 11th


We’ll be making noise in the best way! Kids will explore rhythm, instruments, and musical creativity.

Week 4:  Out of This World – Space Week

July 14th - July 18th

Blast off into a week of space-themed fun! Campers will dive into all things astronomy, planets, and exploration of the universe.

Week 5:  Power Up! – Video Games Week

July 21st - July 25th

Gamers unite! This week blends real-life and virtual fun with video game-inspired challenges, creativity, and collaboration.

Week 6: Into the Wild – Nature Week

July 28th - August 1st

We’ll unplug and reconnect with the outdoors. Nature week is all about fresh air, greenery, and wildlife appreciation.

Week 7:    Channel Surfing – What’s on TV Week

August 4th - August 8th

From cartoons to sitcoms, this week lets campers explore TV-themed games, skits, and activities.

Week 8:  Make a Splash! – H2O Week

August 11th - August 15th


It’s all about water! Splash into the final week with water games, outdoor fun, and cool treats.

In-house water party with water slides, face paint, snow cone/ice cream truck, and more!
