2026 SUMMER CAMPS
AT THE EUGENE CLUBHOUSE

 Join the Club for a FUN summer experience! 

The Club is a great place for kids and teens to spend the summer. Youth will be provided structured activities based on the theme of the week. Activities will include physical activities, gym games, arts & crafts, service projects and exciting field trips to local destinations, parks and pools.

Registration opens on Monday, April 6th at 10:00 a.m. for this site.

Ages: Youth entering 1st - 12th grade

Camp Location: Eugene Clubhouse at Coleman Community Center (1545 West 22nd Ave., Eugene)

Eligibility: Open to youth from all school districts

Dates: Eight weeks of camp, running June 29 - August 21

Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday - Friday 

Membership: All youth must also have an active membership which can be purchased at the time of enrollment. Membership is $50 per school year and will expire on 8/31/26. 

Camp Fees: $200 per week per child. A $25 deposit will be required at time of enrollment and the remaining $175 will be due the Thursday prior to camp. 

All deposits paid at registration are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Payment Method: You will be required to use a debit or credit card during enrollment to secure your spot. Cash payments will not be accepted, so please plan accordingly.

Financial Assistance: Partial scholarships are available to eligible families and determined by household income. To apply for a scholarship, please complete this online form PRIOR to registration. 

Meals: Every day your child will receive breakfast, lunch, and two hearty snacks at no extra charge.

Field Trips: Youth will have an opportunity to go on at least one field trip a week. Destinations may include swimming, parks, playgrounds, trampoline parks and more.

How to Register: Registration will be processed through the online Parent Portal beginning Monday, April 6th at 10:00 a.m. for this location. We recommend logging in ahead of time to ensure you can sign into your account. You also have the option save your credit card to your account to expedite check out.
